Paper Plate Sheep
How to make a fun sheep!
Step 1: Gather the materials You will need:
- Scissors
- A paper plate
- 15-25 cotton balls
- White marker or pencil
- Glue
- White and black construction paper(if you don't have white use printer paper)
Step 2:
Draw the face of the sheep. First, draw a long curve for the top part of the head. Then, from each end of the top curve, draw 2 long S shapes. Connect the S shapes with a smaller curve for the bottom of the face.
Step 3:
Now, for the ears, draw a small curve, then connect it with another curve. Repeat that for the second year.Step 4:
Now, cut out the face and ears.Step 5:
Glue the ears onto the top corner of the face.
Step 6:
Draw 2 small rectangles as the front legs of of the sheep. Then, draw 2 even smaller rectangles as the back legs. Cut all 4 of the rectangles out.
Now we are going to make the eyes of the sheep! First start by taking your white paper and drawing 2 small circles as the outside part of the eye. Then, take your black paper and draw 2 smaller circles as the inside part of the eye. Now, cut all 4 of these circles out. Note: Be careful not to loose these because they are very small!
Step 8:
Now, glue the black inner circles onto the white outer circle to complete the eye.
Step 9:
Step 10:
Now, for the wool of the sheep, take your cotton balls (around 15-25) and spread them out onto your paper plate.
Step 11:
Now for the last part. Take your face and place it towards the top of the plate. Then take your bigger of the 2 squares you made for the legs and put on the side of the plate. Place the second smaller square and place it right underneath the first one. Repeat with the other 2 legs on the other side of the plate.
And now, you have successfully made a sheep! Great Job!
